When I came to Singapore the first time I always bought my Thomy Mustard at Swiss Butchery that was just besides my place where I stayed. Now I stay far away from their outlet. Has anybody any Idea where else I can get this brand of Mustard ? Does Swiss Butchery even still carry this brand ? any help would be appreciated, I love this "Senf"

And "Rivella" and all type of Swiss Cheese inclusive raclette cheese and real "Kirsch" (for your cheese fondue) and Wine and........so many things, I feel "Home" again ;D The only Butchery that can satisfy even a vegetarian like me.

Yummy....my sister lived in France for a bit, and she bought a raclette, and let me tell you, it was one of the best meals I have ever had. The delicious warm cheese, the different kinds of meat.....I feel like salivating like Homer Simpson!
I actually did have a question, which I forgot for a moment....what kind of meat do you think goes best with a raclette? Should you get a few kinds, or stick to one? (We are English so I'm not sure we did it in an authentic manner, but god we enjoyed it!)

(We are English so I'm not sure we did it in an authentic manner, but god we enjoyed it!) You should use a very white meat. The one made with the milk of cows. Raclette: A Swiss dish consisting of cheese melted and served on boiled potatoes or bread. A meat fondue is not called raclette! As far as I know a meat fondue has to be eaten with prime cut Australian Beef! Anjoy. It's yummy, isn't it?
