The first place that comes to mind is Dharma's Kebabs on Boat Quay. They aren't open that much during the day though
You could also try KazBar on China Square, however I don't know if they serve the take-away kind of kebabs that your after...
These are actually the only places I know that sells Kebabs, surely there must be more, right?

Kebabs are rare here. They mostly get killed and eaten when they are only little satay.

There's a turkish place on the east coast by scruffys...oddly enough...it's called "The kabab station"
They were good but at 8 bucks a pop ( or soemthing close to that ) they'd better be!

There are a couple of eat in places I know - the Turkish restaurant at Suntec (near Toys R Us) and the Sofra cafe in that small mall on Beach Rd/Middle Rd corner. I don't know if either do take away, but if you're in the area you could ask.
