Scruffys is OK, it is expensive though. I usually just go to the hawker centre instead. I quite like Mel's Place because of the garden - very unusual feature here in Singers for a bar to have a garden.

Mel's Place is almost on the corner of East Coast Rd and Still Road - opposite the big petrol station. It used to be Bojangles. Their prices aren't much different to Scruffy's but it makes a nice change to sit in a garden instead of on a busy road or a busy cycle path!

Joo Chiat pubs.
cheap beer, cheap women, cheap beer, cheap poontang, cheap beer.
I can buy 5 nights of pleasure in Joo Chiat for the same amount I spend on one night of overpriced alcohol and whores in Orchard Road.
