There is Pizza Hut. I believe they sometimes have an 'all you can eat'buffet'. Once I ate 14 slices Ok, It's not a great buffet, but if you go when they are closing, you might be able to convince them to give you all the pizzas they haven't sold. It's cheap if you have a party afterwards.

Fullerton is great esp sitting outside and they have an evening sea food one with free flow Prosecco, Grand Hyatt next though you have to hope the sun isnt out when you emerge - bleedin blindin. Must agree though, Beaufort is best - outside again.

If we're not counting the Champagne brunches, I'd go with The Line as the best buffet.
ALthough I love Pizza Hut! When do they have their buffet?

Intercontinental does a nice Mediterranean buffet at around $36. It is in the Olive Tree restaurant there. Very good - seafood, pasta, Moroccan tangines, couscous, salads, bread, soup, all sorts of tasty stuff - very good.
