Hi! I am a youthful looking 55 yrs old local Chinese lady with too much time on her hands.
I am available to take care of the general cleanliness of your home on a twice/thrice a week x 4 hours' basis. I do a good job unsupervised so I'd prefer working for single men. The chores I'll do are -
a) dusting & cleaning; b) laundry (inclus of ironing); c) shopping for groceries; d) running errands
I can cook but I do only Chinese cooking.
As I am a local, there's zero risk of me stealing your stuff becos you'll have a photocopy of my Singapore identity card and you are most welcome to visit my home anytime.
Trust me to take care of your home.
No contracts. One day's notice to end my services, that's all.
Please email me at roslee.en@gmail.com. for rates. I am doing this on a part-time basis but even then, I'd prefer not to overtire myself. Hence, it is better if I take on a few selected clients.
Thank you
Lee

Just so no one understands what a housekeeper's chores are.
Housekeepers work independently without supervision and take a systematic approach to housework ensuring the client's home is clean and tidy and all his clothes are freshly laundered and well pressed.
Housekeepers can do more than what maids do. Running errands, like shopping for essential groceries; buying appropriate presents the client need to have in a hurry; arrange for catering services in the event the client needs to entertain at home; source for handymen to do any repairs to the home's fixtures or electrical appliances and even picking up of registered packages from the Post Office.
Hiring a part-time housekeeper and a local one enables the client to have complete privacy as housekeepers work during the day when the client is himself, at work.
Please note I will only accept male, single clients only. Please see above post for contact no.
Thank you

Arghhhhhhhhhhh!!! Another typo error! Just so no one misunderstands what a housekeeper's chores are. Basically, what I willing be doing are housewife's chores WITHOUT the wifely loving ministrations.
