As President Federal Republic of Nigeria , I was disappointed and
humiliated by your behavior as Forwarded To me From The Central Bank Telex Department On My Order to Pay Your Out-Standing Contract Payment
The discourtesy shown to Central Bank of Nigeria was unforgivable by refusing to pay for your Federal Normalization Stamp Fee until date. This has been a long standing policy of Federal Republic of Nigeria Since The Inception of My Administration.
Some beneficiaries not only talked incessantly Through the Email but also exhibited the height of rudeness to the Telex Department Of Central Bank because of this fee which is the only recommended fee official approved by the Federal Executive Council to Contractor/beneficiaries to monitor the payment of Beneficiaries to Avoid Impostors Including The Security Of Your Fund.
To anyone who is guilty of these actions, I want you to know that such behavior will not be tolerated by the Federal Republic of Nigeria. It distresses me to have to write a message such as this, and certainly hope and trust that it will never happen again by complying with the laid down Procedure.
Confirming My Decision relative to certain unsatisfactory aspects of your performance, we expect that you contact the Central Bank Telex Department to confirm the payment of The Fee of the Normalization Stamp Fee of Your Form.
