The current service guy obviously thinks I'm a complete idiot so need a new one. Any suggestions of a company that does a good job and with whom I can schedule there to be repair every 3 months or so?

I've just got a recommendation from a friend who's got it done and was happy - will email you the name and number. (I've yet to use them myself, though.)
